Click "Notify me when back" at the product page. You can also email us at customerservice@deadwood.se and make sure to instruct on the email subject line the product you would like to have an inquiry about. We will get back to you within 1-2 days during weekdays and 2-3 days on weekends.
We're transitioning to a made-to-order service. every item you purchase from Deadwood will be crafted specifically for you after you place your order. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details and an order number directly to the email address provided during checkout. Order processing and fulfilment takes approximately 7-14 business days. You will then receive an email confirming shipping and tracking number.
We offer a range of different payment types depending on what country you are in; such as Klarna, Paypal as well as all major credit cards. Read more about payments here.
We ship to most countries globally with very few exceptions. If your shipping destination for some reason is not supported at checkout, please make sure to reach out to customerservice@deadwood.se.

No, currently we do not offer local pick up.
If you change your mind about your purchase once it has arrived to your hands, unopened packages and in almost intact condition, will be refunded within 30 days of purchase date. Please reach out to customerservice@deadwood.se to start the process. If there was an issue with your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact us and we will help you right away.
