Refunds & Returns
When you shop at Deadwoodstudios.com you have the opportunity to return the products within 14 days. The returned products must be returned in original condition and include original packaging and labels.
If you paid using a credit/debit card, the refund for the returned products will go on the same card. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible and at the latest 30 business days from the day Deadwood received the returned products. Please note, that additional duties, taxes or any additional charges you may have will not be refunded by Deadwood.

Important note regarding "sale" items
For “sale” items I.e. items with price reductions of more than 20% our Return policy is NOT applicable. For these products all sales are final.
Important note for customers outside the EU
When returning a product make sure to mark the parcel with 1) the tracking number you received when you purchased the item and 2) the reason for the return (”size exchange” or ”return” is enough) in order to avoid any extra fees. In instances where Deadwood is charged any custom fees for collecting the parcel those fees will fall on the customer

All products are sent with DHL within Sweden and FedEx internationally. If products are damaged or lost during the shipping from Deadwood you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, however no later than 14 days from the date the order was received. If products are damaged or lost during an exchange or return, you are responsible for the payment of the products. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we have the possibility to charge you for the cost of the return delivery.
All personal information collected by Deadwoodstudios.com will be handled with utmost care. The information stored will only be used for purposes of making sure you get the best service possible and to inform you about special offers and other marketing opportunities related to Deadwoodstudios.com. Your personal data may be disclosed to third parties only when necessary to fulfil these purposes. You have the right to know what information that is kept about you in our systems. This information can be requested by sending an e-mail to email@example.com. If the information is incomplete or incorrect, you are entitled to have the information corrected or deleted. All customers paying by card are subject to validation checks and Deadwood reserves the right to delay any order if fraud is suspected.
These general terms and conditions apply to all users of Deadwoodstudios.com. Please read the terms and conditions carefully since they will be valid for all your future transactions with Deadwood AB, 559057-2805 (“Deadwood” or “Deadwoodstudios.com”) and visits to Deadwoodstudios.com. Deadwoodstudios.com is destined exclusively to private individuals. Deadwood reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions and you are responsible to keep yourself updated with such changes. Deadwood cannot guarantee that all products on Deadwoodstudios.com are in stock at the time of your order. In case the incorrect stock balance affects your order, we will contact you by e-mail. Deadwood cannot warrant that the content of Deadwoodstudios.com at all time is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can Deadwood guarantee that all information is up to date. Deadwood may at any time change the content of Deadwoodstudios.com as well as the products available. Even though Deadwood always strives to display the correct text, images and pricing, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount by Deadwood, you will get the option of placing a new order with the correct price or to cancel the order. However, Deadwood reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch if the price is incorrect. You will be notified of such cancellation by e-mail. Part of the services at Deadwoodstudios.com are maintained by external suppliers. In situations where Deadwood acts as an agent for such services we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. Deadwood cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using Deadwoodstudios.com or for the customer not being able to use the site. Deadwood cannot guarantee a problem free, uninterrupted and secure access to Deadwoodstudios.com.
All jackets from Deadwood are made from recycled leather and/or recycled denim which is our way of contributing to a more sustainable environment. Because of the recycled nature of the leather and denim the colour can vary slightly from jacket to jacket. While the black leather is quite constantly black, the brown leather is subject to colour differences, ranging from dark cognac brown to dark chocolate.
Order and delivery
Once your order is received, Deadwood will send you a confirmation e-mail. If you have any queries please have your confirmation at hand and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact the customer services as soon as possible at email@example.com. Normal delivery is 3 working days in Sweden and 3 weeks internationally from the time the customer receives the confirmation e-mail. Some products may have a slightly longer delivery time, in which case Deadwood will notify you about this by e-mail. If the products you have ordered are out of stock, Deadwood will send you an e-mail explaining the situation as soon as possible. Deadwood reserves the right to change the prices on Deadwoodstudios.com where additional costs occur.
Payment and security
Deadwood accepts payment by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover amongst others. The full payment is charged when the package is dispatched. We also accept payment via PayPal and Klarna. Deadwood reserves the right to hold all orders for two business days to ensure a safe payment.
Sales tax of 25 % is included in all prices and no extra charges will apply if not listed at checkout (such as shipping).
Orders to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional charges, such as VAT, import duties and/or taxes. Deadwood ships your package in accordance with Incoterm Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) meaning that we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside of EU and can therefore not predict what your charges may be for such orders. If you do incur any such charges, they must be rendered before your package can clear customs.
All transfers are handled and transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card information is handled over SSL encryption. Please read the terms and conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Deadwood cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates a bank may have when exchanging the SEK into any other currency.
