Shipping

All products are sent with UPS.

If products are damaged or lost during the shipping from Deadwood you must notify us at customerservice@deadwood.se as soon as possible, however no later than 14 days from the date the order was received. If products are damaged or lost during an exchange or return, you are responsible for the payment of the products. If a package is unclaimed and returned to us we have the possibility to charge you for the cost of the return delivery.

Local pickup may be possible in our Stockholm store. If you wish to pick up your order at the store, please contact customerservice@deadwood.se and await confirmation prior to placing your order.
