Community Manager, Stockholm

As Community Manager at Deadwood, you will take a central role in strengthening the brand’s relations to customers and press. From the showroom and flagship store in Stockholm you will be a proud brand ambassador and a driving force in PR while spreading a positive and helpful attitude that will build the foundation in Deadwood’s company culture.


Deadwood aims to be a force for good in the fashion industry. The brand was founded 10 years and has been well received by the international fashion press. The core idea is simple; Garments and accessories made from materials that are best-in-class in terms of sustainability. Among other things Deadwood pioneered the use of recycled leather and vegan cactus leather.

Main sales channel is currently Wholesale, through retail partners such as Nordstrom and Net-a-Porter, and in 2022 the brand will be developing its own retail channels opening a new flagship store in Stockholm as well as a Pop-up store in Paris.

At Deadwood we are currently redirecting much of our attention to improving our communication towards both the press and end-consumers. Making the Stockholm Showroom a natural hub for both is essential in this effort.


For this position we envision someone outgoing with great social skills, positive attitude, strong network in Stockholm, and a deep interest in fashion.

You will be working from our showroom and flagship store on Bondegatan 48.

The position is full-time with an estimated 50% dedicated to Showroom activities and 50% dedicated to Store related activities.

As Community Manager you will have the following tasks:


- You will invite and greet relevant press people to the showroom and present current / upcoming collections in an inspiring way.

- You will administer the lending of samples to special events and photoshoots

- You will plan and manage after-works, press-breakfasts, private shopping events etc.

- You will plan and execute efforts in influencer marketing


- You will act as store manager with the admin that follows, coordinating part-time staff recruitment, staff training, scheduling.

- You will provide impeccable service; building relationships with our store customers and maximize sales while focusing on customers’ needs.

- You will help make sure the Store and Showroom looks great at all times.

In order to excel as Community Manager you need the following skills:

- Social skills – you are curious, extrovert and love to meet and socialize with new people.

- Organizing skills – you love planning activities and ensure the plans materialize.

- Aesthetic sensitivity – you have better taste than most of your friends know how to put it to work.

- Fluent in English AND Swedish

Useful previous experience:

- PR, Event or Influencer Marketing

- Fashion Retail
